Content Policy

Prohibited content, consent, reporting, moderation and enforcement for iRap Video.

Last updated: 2026-11-03

Scope and consent

These rules apply to photos, prompts, audio, references and videos you upload, request, generate or share through iRap Video. Use only material you own or have permission to use. Obtain consent from each identifiable person. Permission to hold a photo does not necessarily include permission to alter or publish it.

Content standards and prohibited categories

Do not upload, request or generate any of the following:

  1. Pornography or NSFW content: sexually explicit content, nudity intended for sexual use, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  2. Violence or gore: graphic injuries, torture, extreme gore, or content that promotes violence, terrorism or harm to people or animals.
  3. Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens or promotes discrimination against people based on protected characteristics, such as race, religion, ethnicity, sex, disability or sexual orientation.
  4. Child-unsafe content, including CSAM: child sexual abuse material, sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming, or content that endangers children. This prohibition includes synthetic or AI-generated depictions.
  5. Deceptive deepfakes or impersonation: content that falsely represents a real person's identity, speech, actions or endorsement; fraud; harassment; or non-consensual use of someone's likeness. A clearly identified, consensual creative performance must not be presented as a real recording or endorsement.
  6. Copyright or trademark infringement: unlicensed music, recordings, footage, images, logos or other protected material. Finding a clip online does not grant permission to use it.

Do not evade safety checks or use the service for illegal conduct. Label AI-generated or altered videos where needed to prevent deception. A template does not grant rights to a third party's music, likeness or brand.

Reporting and review

Report a concern to support@irapvideo.com. Include the template name, a hosted-content URL or task reference where available, the reason for the report, and a contact address for follow-up. Do not send passwords, intimate images, CSAM or copies of other prohibited material. Describe the issue and provide a reference instead.

The operator reviews reports and available platform records, checks the relevant rule and context, and decides whether to restrict access or remove hosted content. Urgent child-safety risks, credible threats and suspected serious unlawful activity take priority. We may seek necessary clarification and preserve or disclose limited evidence where required by law. You may request a review of a decision through the same support address.

Current moderation and launch safeguards

Public remote generation and payment are currently disabled. Selecting or saving a local photo draft does not send its contents to a video model or moderation service. We cannot inspect or delete drafts stored only in your browser. Platform reports are reviewed manually; we do not claim that an automated upload or output moderation system is already active.

Before public remote generation opens, input and output safety review, blocking of prohibited requests, and a way to review flagged tasks must be enabled and tested. Results must not be delivered automatically when a required safety check fails or remains unresolved. The privacy notice and model disclosures must reflect the providers actually used at launch.

Enforcement actions

Depending on severity, we may warn the user, refuse a request, limit access, suspend or terminate an account, or remove content hosted by us. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate suspension. We may report unlawful conduct where required. We do not promise that we can remove copies outside our control.

Enforcement does not automatically confiscate legitimate unused credits or waive applicable consumer rights. Payment adjustments follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable requirements. Purchases remain closed.

AI models and providers

The configured Hotel Lobby original recipe uses Seedance 2 through SeeAPI for video generation, followed by Sync Lipsync 2 through fal.ai for lip synchronization (model identifier: fal-ai/sync-lipsync/v2). These are the saved recipe's configured models; this disclosure does not mean public generation is available or every showcase asset used the same model.

Experimental routes are not the customer recipe. If a template's models change before launch, its public disclosure must be updated. See pricing and availability and the Privacy Policy.
