This review website does not accept payments or sell credits. Saving a photo draft does not create an order, reserve paid generation, or charge a payment method.

If you see an unexpected charge associated with iRap Video, contact support@irapvideo.com with the payment reference and date. Do not include card numbers, passwords, or photos.

One-time credit packs

The published prices describe planned one-time credit packs, not recurring subscriptions. No subscription renewal or recurring charge is offered on this website. You do not need to cancel a subscription to stop charges.

Credits are intended to have no expiration date. A failed video generation will not consume purchased credits; any reserved credits must be released. Releasing credits is different from refunding a payment.

Refund requests

To ask about a payment or request a refund, email support@irapvideo.com. Include the account email, order reference, and a short description of the problem. Support will review the request and applicable requirements. This website does not yet offer a paid refund workflow or promise a refund processing deadline.

Before purchases open, we will publish the conditions for unused-credit refunds, delivered videos, and payment processing. Nothing in this policy removes rights that apply under applicable law.
